Founder & CEO
Born in Vietnam and having migrated to the UK in 1989, Hiep has experienced the migration journey across continents.
After more than two decades in England, he made the move to Australia in 2015 on a skilled migration visa. Now settled and enjoying life with his family in Australia, Hiep brings a deeply personal understanding of what it means to start fresh in a new country.

With a passion for digital marketing and a unique insight into the migration process, Hiep founded his Google Ads agency with one clear purpose: to help migration agencies grow by reaching more people actively searching for visa and migration support. Having seen how competitive and complex the Australian migration industry can be, he recognised that many high-quality agencies were struggling to generate consistent leads online.​

Through smart advertising strategies and the use of cutting-edge AI tools, Hiep is committed to removing that barrier. His mission is to help migration agents attract high-intent clients, build strong brand awareness, and ultimately focus on what they do best—guiding individuals and families through successful migration journeys.
